PSU Transportation & Parking Services is Open!
PSU Transportation & Parking Services is currently open with reduced customer service hours, Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-4:00pm. In-person transactions are currently limited to sales and returns/exchanges of parking permits and transit passes. Payments and appeals for parking citations are available online via our website. PSU parking permits or payment via our pay stations or the Parking Kitty mobile app are required at all times when utilizing PSU parking facilities. Parking areas are still being enforced and vehicles parked without payment or permit may be issued a citation.
Commuter, Resident and Overnight permits may be purchased via our .Â
Faculty/Staff Annual permit renewal has concluded on July 10th for the 2020-2021 renewal season. Annual permits are still available via theÂ Â for a contactless purchase option. Faculty/Staff permit requests will be processed and mailed within 1-2 business days.

Student Viking Pass
Fall term passes for PSU students are now available via our and are valid September 20,2020Â -December 31,2020.
Employee Viking Pass
Employee Viking Passes are available beginning September 2020, The monthly deadline for purchasing an Employee Viking Pass is the 10th of the month. Passes purchased after the 10th of the month will become active on the 1st of the following month. Please visit our Employee Transit page for more information on our program changes.

Lost/Stolen Hop Card Replacement
